Data Migration and testing of 100x payrolls in 34 currencies to 0.01p accuracy 

Consolidation of 11x years historical data (15yrs) into a single dataverse for real time reporting 

Setup & testing D365 Security roles; Roles, Duties & Privileges – including custom menu items for purchasing 

D365 Human Resource setup – Jobs, positions, employees, users & security roles 

End user testing & training: UAT tests, Data validation test & Task Recorder 

Deployment of D365 in 39 countries. 00% remote go lives in 39 countries *(inc hypercare support during Covid).  

Outsourcing of global high volume repetitive business processes to 1 global supplier, reduce cost & minimise risk 

Assist the business define the Global Target Operating Models, and global SOPs.
