Data cleanse, enrichment, restructure and nomenclature are aspects that should be considered prior to migration - we help customers consider these prior to migration.

We follow the traditional Extract, Transform, Load approach, the same as all other professional services.

However from experience we already know the majority of the master and group data required on day 1.

By working on this assumption, it allows us to jump straight to the higher risk transactional data migrations.

From experience, we DO NOT accept system reports as proof of data migration, instead preferring the traditional export from the target system.

If non system admins cant see it, then we dont consider the data migrated.
